The complete betting guide
Placing a bet on Zora.bet takes under a minute once you have registered. Understanding what you are actually betting on — and what happens after you place it — takes more explanation. This page walks through market types, live odds, Cash Out according to Zora.bet's rules, and combined bets using the sportsbook as the reference point rather than generic theory.
1X2 · TOTAL · HANDICAP · LIVE
Main betting markets
Almost every match starts with the same three market types. Winner (1X2) covers home win, draw or away win. Total asks whether the combined score or points land over or under an operator-set line. Handicap gives one side a virtual points head start or deficit, bringing the prices closer together in a lopsided matchup.
You bet €10 on Winner (1X2) at odds of 1.83. If that side wins, you receive €18.30 total — your €10 stake back plus €8.30 profit. On a Total market, a €10 bet at odds 1.95 pays €19.50 if the combined score lands on your side of the line. On a parlay combining three picks at 1.83, 2.10 and 1.65, the combined odds multiply to roughly 6.34 — a €10 stake could return €63.40, but all three picks need to win.
Extended and live markets
Bigger fixtures can list well over 100 outcomes: corners, cards, exact scores, period totals and player-specific propositions. Once a match begins, live prices update continuously according to what is happening, while the current score and match minute sit directly beside the price. Markets narrow as the event progresses, but live betting is usually available for most of its duration.
Zora.bet's Terms and Conditions, sections 13.26–13.31, say Cash Out can settle an open bet before the event finishes at a value calculated from current odds and match state. It is offered only where available and at the operator's discretion, so not every bet, market or event qualifies.
The displayed value is not locked until the platform accepts the request. Once confirmed, settlement is final regardless of what happens later. The operator may void or reverse a Cash Out because of system failure, a genuine odds or match-information error, service disruption or suspected bad-faith activity. Partial Cash Out may also be offered under the same rules.
PARLAYS
Parlays and multi-selections
A parlay combines picks from different matches or sports in one ticket. Odds multiply across every leg, so several modest selections can produce a much larger potential payout. The trade-off is exact: every leg must win. One wrong selection in an otherwise correct ten-leg ticket means the whole ticket loses.
